Report on automations

Who can do this?

You must be an admin user in Atlan to view the reporting center. If enabled by admins, member users can also view the assets, glossary, Insights, and usage and cost dashboards. Permission to view the governance and automations dashboards is reserved for admin users only.

Track asset enrichment from Atlan's automation features in the reporting center. The automations dashboard provides an overview of assets enriched through suggestions from similar assets, playbooks, and the Atlan add-on for Google Sheets. View summaries of updates and identify top users for each automation feature.

Did you know?

The default date range for metrics is set to 14 days. You can also view metrics for the last 7, 30, or 45 days, or a custom date range of your choice, where applicable.

Suggestions

View metrics for asset enrichment through suggestions from similar assets, including the number of suggestions accepted and the top users who have accepted automated suggestions.

Playbooks

You can monitor metrics related to playbooks, such as a summary of updates, top users, a playbooks-runs-over-time graph, and run activity.

• Total updates are reported in # counts by default. Click the % icon to view total updates in percentage form.

Google Sheets

You can view a summary of asset enriched through the Atlan add-on for Google Sheets.

• For Updates over time, click any metadata option in the graph to view updates only for that option - for example, Announcements.
