Atlan publishes service health and incident updates on a single, unified status page at status.atlan.com.
Unified status page coverage
The unified status page is the primary place to track Atlan service health:
- It covers every tenant, across all clouds and regions.
- Any outage or degradation on Atlan's side is posted there.
- Updates aren't customer-specific. A single notice may affect one customer or several.
- It shows current system health, past incidents with timelines and resolutions, and the status of critical global infrastructure providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare.
Subscribe to updates
From status.atlan.com, you can subscribe to incident updates by email, RSS or Atom feed, or Slack. Atlan recommends that at least one person on your team subscribes so that your organization is notified as soon as an incident is posted.
How incident updates reach you
- Status page - all outages and degradations are posted to status.atlan.com, and anyone can subscribe.
- Support tickets - Atlan also shares incident updates through support tickets. These updates go to the customer contacts most recently active on your support tickets and to the customer champion. See Customer support.
