What does Atlan crawl from Qualytics?

After you integrate Qualytics, the crawler enriches your existing assets with data quality metadata. The crawler identifies matching assets and populates them with quality insights from Qualytics.

Data quality metadata​

The crawler enriches your existing assets with a Custom Metadata set for Qualytics. This Custom Metadata includes the following fields:

Quality Score Total: Overall data quality score calculated across all dimensions for assets.

Eight quality dimensions: Breakdown of scores across Qualytics' eight core dimensions:

  • Completeness
  • Coverage
  • Conformity
  • Consistency
  • Precision
  • Timeliness
  • Volume
  • Accuracy

Check counts: Total number of data quality checks configured for each asset in Qualytics.

Anomaly counts: Number of active anomalies detected by Qualytics quality checks for each asset.

Url: Direct links to the asset page in Qualytics, enabling quick access to detailed quality information.

Anomaly alerts​

When Qualytics detects anomalies, alerts are automatically sent to the corresponding assets in Atlan. These alerts display the number of active anomalies and include a link to view the detailed anomaly information in Qualytics.
