Set up Great Expectations Cloud

Before you can integrate Great Expectations Cloud with Atlan, you need to create an API token in your Great Expectations Cloud organization. This enables Atlan to securely fetch data quality metadata.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Great Expectations Cloud account with Organization Owner permissions
  • The Great Expectations Cloud Organization ID and Workspace ID based on your integration needs

Create API token​

You need to create an API token in Great Expectations Cloud and note your organization and workspace identifiers.

  1. Log in to your Great Expectations Cloud account.
  2. Create an API token for Atlan integration. For detailed steps, see Great Expectations Cloud docs. Note down the token, as this token is required to configure Atlan.
