To [export assets to and bulk enrich metadata from](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/governance/integrations/export-assets/llms.txt) a supported spreadsheet tool, you may first need to link your Google or Microsoft online account. This is done automatically for the admin user that [integrated the spreadsheet tool](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/governance/integrations/export-assets/llms.txt) to enable asset export, but not for other users.

Although you will be prompted to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account while exporting assets, Atlan also provides an additional option to connect your account from the user profile. Atlan uses the same set of permissions to connect to your organizational Google or Microsoft online account as specified [here](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/governance/integrations/export-assets/llms.txt).

## Link your account

To link your spreadsheet tool account:

1. From any screen, in the upper right, navigate to your name, then click **Profile**.
2. Click the four dots icon in the resulting dialog to get to integrations.
3. From the _Integrations_ tab, you can either:
 - For _Google Sheets_, click the **Connect** link.
 - For _Microsoft Excel_, click the **Connect** link.
4. In the resulting popup, scroll to the bottom and click **Allow**.

## Unlink your account

To unlink your spreadsheet tool account:

1. From any screen, in the upper right, navigate to your name, then click **Profile**.
2. Click the four dots icon in the resulting dialog to get to integrations.
3. From the _Integrations_ tab, you can either:
 - For _Google Sheets_, click the **Disconnect** link.
 - For _Microsoft Excel_, click the **Disconnect** link.
4. In the confirmation dialog, click **Confirm**.
