Flexi Credits are the one unit currency for Atlan's AI. This page lists what each capability costs. Rates can change from time to time, and new capabilities are added as they become available. How the units are counted:

- **Asset**: anything with a profile in Atlan, such as a table, column, or dashboard.
- **Answer**: a question and its answer. A follow-up question counts as a new answer.

Advanced MCP tools use these same rates. Essential MCP tools never use Flexi Credits. See [MCP tools](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/platform/get-started/how-credits-work/llms.txt).
