#### What sync cadence options are available?

Elementary Cloud offers two options: **Daily** (once per day on a fixed schedule) and **On Elementary Sync** (after each Elementary environment sync completes). You select the cadence when you configure the integration in Elementary Cloud.

#### Does Atlan trigger sync, or does Elementary Cloud?

Elementary Cloud initiates all syncs. Atlan doesn't run a crawler for this integration—metadata is pushed from Elementary Cloud on the schedule you configure.
