#### Why are assets missing for a collection?

Check [permissions attached to the Atlan group](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/connectors/metabase/set-up-metabase/llms.txt). The group should have **View** permission for the collection.

#### Why are Metabase questions missing for a dashboard?

Check the Metabase question's collection. Was the collection excluded by the [metadata filters configured when crawling Metabase](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/connectors/metabase/crawl-metabase/llms.txt)? If so, you can [modify the workflow and re-run it](https://docs.atlan.com/llms/catalog/connector-capabilities/manage-connectivity/llms.txt).
